We did a group tour to the Cu Chi-Tunnels. We booked via Get your Guide and were able to add a second person to the booking. We were a small group with just 8 people which made it very personal. Our guide Tri made the tour exciting and spoke very good English. We were happy with the tour!

High mountain was a great guide, lots of information prior to arrival at tunnels. Great tour of the cu chi tunnels and information provided along the way.

We did the Cu Chi tunnels tour and overall it was a great experience. Our guide Linda was excellent and the trip was very informative.

We booked our tour to the Ben Duoc tunnels through Get Your Guide. Our guide Linda was very friendly but a bit hard to follow (volume and level of English). Tour was interesting especially after visiting the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh. Even though this should be a less busy location to visit the tunnels, it was still quite busy with other tour guides with their groups always close by making it extra hard to follow our own guide. Try not to bring a large backpack or leave it outside the tunnels with your guide to get through the tunnels more comfortably. You get to try some boiled cassava root with sugar/salt and when back in the bus you get some water and a prepacked sweet cheesy roll. You will probably want to get some lunch when you get back.

We booked the Ho Chi Minh half day tour and it was great! Our tour guide Tre was very knowledgeable about historical details and shared with us very interesting information about the War. We departed around 8:00 am and came back at 1:00 pm, and it was enough time. We also liked that we were a small group of 7 people so it didn't feel crowded and even in the tunnels it was only our group on the day we visited. In total there are 3 tunnels that you see and I was a bit worried because of claustrophobia, but I managed to see the first 2. I would definitely recommend this experience as it gives you a insightful perspective on how Vietnamese were persistent in fighting and surviving in this war.
